Purpose-Drive Kitchen (our story)

The concept of Loca room... 

started about 5-6years ago among a few friends, 
They wanted to build a purpose-driven kitchen - 
one that serves delicious, healthy food 
while bringing value to the world at the same time!! 

After years of contemplation, they finally 
took the split-second leap of faith in Aug 2025, 
and took up the tiny shop space on Ship Street, Wan Chai 
( with no concrete plan on how to realise the concept or run the business ). 

but they strongly believed that Hong kong people 
desperately needed more options - 
options that combine food / health / affordability / sustainability all at once! 
and if no one else was doing it, it might as well be us who tried! 
they wanted to prove that... its possible to be a little 'loca' (crazy) and create such a viable model. 

 Loca ROOm is still a start-up that's trying hard every single day, 
heartful thanks to everyone who has visited us supported us along the way :)
